I photograph people, events and issues in a sensitive, creative way. I achieve a consistent, observational style of photography that captures a situation and inspires an emotional connection. With a background in television documentary, I look for a natural narrative and capture a situation as it unfolds.
I’ve been commissioned by companies including the BBC, Channel Four, Help the Aged and Capgemini to create images for publicity shots, new campaigns, leaflets, websites, annual reports and records of special events. My images are used to promote, illustrate, describe, define and sometimes simply to show.
For families, I offer opportunities to capture personal stories and celebrations; a new birth, a party or a wedding.
My photography is a process of visually documenting definitive moments in time in order to reflect, remember and re-live. For my clients, my work has already become historical record, increasing in value exponentially as time passes.
